Returns & Exchanges

OneGirlsClosetBoutique hopes you love every purchase made, but if you purchase a garment/s that you are not satisfied with the size or fit, we can offer you a credit to purchase an alternative product online. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Your garments must meet the following requirements to be returned for a credit.

The garment/s must be returned with proof of purchase within 14 days.
The garment/s must be returned in new/unused, unwashed condition with tags still attached.
There is no returns on sale items – must be a full priced items.
Any garments that smell of perfume/deodorant or have make-up or tan stains on them will not be accepted as a return.
Shoes must be unworn and in original box.
No returns on swim wear and jewellery.

Faulty Items

If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately at onegirlsclosetboutique.co.nz and we will be happy to replace or refund the item.
